Welcome to Kindergarten

Hello, my name is Haley Gallup. I am excited to be teaching Kindergarten this year! This will be my fourth year teaching at PCK. Here's a little more about me. 

I was born and raised in Illinois. I am one of six kids. most of my family still lives in Illinois. I grew up playing multiple sports and was always staying active. My love for sports gave me the opportunity to attend the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. While studying for my bachelors in education, I ran XC and Track for UH (GO BOWS!). My husband and I met through FCA on campus and have been married for five years. My husband grew up in Colorado and attended Chaparral High School. We've lived in Hawai'i, North Carolina, and Colorado. We moved to Colorado in 2020 and have been enjoying everything this beautiful state has to offer.

Sometimes we teachers are asked about our favorite things.

Cold drinks:  iced fruit teas, Powerade/Gatorade, Electrolyte drinks (Lemon or lemon lime flavored electrolytes), Mountain ops rehydrate-lemon lime

Snacks/Treats/Candy: Milka Chocolate, Sour Punch Straws, Lindor Chocolates, Hersey Cookies & Cream, goldfish, and Oreos

Fruit: Strawberries, Mango, Kiwi, and raspberry

Restaurants: West MAIN (DOWNTOWN PARKER), DANCING NOODLE, AND PORTIFINO

Flowers: Roses, peonies, Sunflowers (not big on flowers)

Hobbies/Interests: Crafting, Hiking, Pickle ball, and making pasta dishes
